Our Three-Step Process to Added Value
1. Training Needs Consultation. Following our free consultation, we will spend time working with you to understand your business and to explore opportunities where the Value Added Concept can be employed.
2. Development. Using specific guidelines we will design and develop a training package that relates to your business and can be offered to your existing customers or clients as an additional service.
3. Delivery. We will organise, coordinate and deliver the training event on your behalf. Depending on the amount of training required, we can create anything from a half-day workshop to a week-long course or a modular program delivered across several weeks.
- Case Study
The Centre for Business in Swansea, offers support and advice for new and existing businesses in Wales. After talking with them and learning about the services they currently provided, we identified a key area as being selling skills – small business owners often have expertise in their fields but are not confident when it comes to selling. We developed a training course titled 'Overcoming the Fear of Selling', aimed specifically at Business Centre clients. The full-day course combined our expertise in Emotional Intelligence skills with proven approaches to selling. For the business owners who attended, it provided important insights into more confident, effective selling. For the Centre for Business, they were able to add value to their business by offering an additional training event and by providing course by providing additional support and valuable skills for their clients.
